Guests at the Bartlett Inn in Bartlett New Hampshire this first weekend in February 2012 gave such great feedback on ski conditions at the NH Cross Country Ski areas and the NH Downhill Ski Resorts that we thought we should let all the skiers out there know so they do not miss out on skiing this winter.  We had guests come stay and ski with us from Vermont, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Southern NH, Maryland and Florida.  Even though there is little snow in Southern New Hampshire, Vermont and most of New England, Bartlett NH, near North Conway NH, has great snow!
For Cross Country skiing in New Hampshire Bear Notch Ski Touring had the best conditions followed by Bretton Woods and Jackson Ski Touring in Jackson NH. With the option of playing 10 great golf courses within minutes of the Mount Washington Valley area the Bartlett Inn is a great destination for your golf escape! We have various size cottages whether you want to bring your better half or a friend. Music JAM Weekend for Musicians

Halloween Weekend Fun!

The Ghoullog

Visitors board the quad chair lift for a night-time ride to the summit for a haunted mountain-top tour. Coming back for its third year, the Ghoullog will be bigger, scarier and more fun than ever with the addition of new haunts, animatronics, and an outdoor food court.

The tour starts in the Eating House lodge at the base of Cranmore Mountain and includes a night-time stroll through a haunted walkway to the Quad. After the 7-minute ride to the 2,000 foot summit of Cranmore, visitors tour the Ghoullog, where haunted happenings are sure to frighten and surprise the hardiest souls.

While at the summit, spectacular night-time views of North Conway Village below are sure to delight all comers. At the end of the tour, visitors enjoy a ride down the Quad chairlift to the base with a breath-taking vantage of the Moat Mountains and Mount Washington at night.

Halloween Family Fun Package at Santa’s Village in Jefferson New Hampshire

Santa’s village is having their Silly, Spooky Halloween Extravaganza. Call about our special packages including accommodation, yummy breakfast, tickets to Santa’s Village, a pumpkin and other treats to take home from just $39 per person.  you can stay 1 or 2 nights!

The entire park is transformed into a magical Halloween adventure. There are “spooky” areas for the older children; some “fun” areas for the younger goblins. It’s a treat not to be missed. Shops cater to the Trick or Treaters, and it’s much more fun if you arrive in costume. We also invite those in costume to join in the Silly, Spooky Parade!
