Namaste Kripalu Yoga Escape: TBA May 2012

Come enjoy a nano break that feels like a long escape full of Kripalu Yoga and fresh air!

Friday evening meet the instructor and ease into the weekend with a light asana.

Saturday morning we will start the day with a 1 hour gentle Kripalu Asana, followed by a healthy Kripalu Breakfast to fill you with energy.
Enjoy nature walks, a 30 minute afternoon fireside massage and our outdoor hot tub.

Afternoon Kripalu refreshments in the inn.

End the day with a more vigorous 1 hour Kripalu Yoga Asana

Sunday morning will start with a 1 hour Kripalu Asana, followed by a healthy Kripalu Breakfast.

Check-out and enjoy more hiking or shopping on the way home!

Instructor Janice is a Kripalu Trained Yogi who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years.  Janice will help you ease into yourself.  Get ready to find peace!
