2008 Guest Rates & Information

Rates includes AAA discount (non-AAA add 10%)  Subject to change without notice! All Rates based on Double Occupancy and include a full Breakfast

All Rates are subject to 8% NH Rooms & Meals Tax.  Single rates available in non peak times only. 

¨       Peak Season Rates: Winter Holiday:  February, August & Fall Foliage Season and Holidays: Regular Season Rates in effect most other times. Rates subject to change without notice.  All changes to reservations must be made and confirmed back in writing.

¨       Children 12 and under stay for free*; teenagers stay for $19 each* (*with two paying adults in same room) Additional adults stay for $39.00 per person per night. 

¨       We Welcome Groups! The Inn is suitable for small and large groups (up to 48 people). Family style dinners for groups of ten to twenty two people may be arranged with advance notice. Group rates are available. 

¨       All Rooms have Private Baths, Cottage Rooms have color cable television, guest controlled heat and Air Conditioning and wood or gas fireplace or gas woodstove.  Some Inn Rooms have wood fireplaces. 

¨       Check in time: After 2:00pm; Check out time: 11:00 am.  Late Check out : $25 (when available) 

¨       Pets are welcome in the Cottages with prior notice for $15 per stay.  Please do not leave your pets unattended when you leave the property. See Pet Policy.

¨       Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms or common areas.  Outdoor smoking is tolerated if you do not litter

¨      Advance Deposits: One half of the total payment due is required as deposit to make a reservation or the full amount for one nights stay. Deposits on cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are not refundable unless we are able to resell the room for the length of the stay. A $30 service charge will apply to all cancellations.  No refunds given for early departures.  Please check with your travel agent about different types of travel insurance if you have cancellation concerns. 

 

The Bartlett Inn Pet Policy  
The Bartlett Inn has a tradition of welcoming pets in our cottages so that the whole family can come along for vacation. This service is just $15 per pet per stay. In order to carry on this tradition we ask pet owners to read and sign the below pet policy agreement in order to check-in with a pet. Prior approval of the pet and a valid credit card imprint with signature is required.

Pets are welcome in our Cottages when their owners are present; the Inn is pet free.

Please do not leave your pets unattended when you leave the Inn premises. While in the room pets should be in their crate – we are happy to discuss this and any part of the policy.

Please keep pets off of the furniture (especially the beds). A laundering charge of $50 will automatically be deducted from your credit card if it is necessary for us to launder the duvets/blankets/pillows etc. If your pet is a high shedder please let us know - you can have the option of paying the laundering fee or bringing your own blankets.

Please do not bathe your pets in our bathtubs or showers (we have two water spigots on the property, which you may use if you wish to clean your pets). If you need towels to dry your pet, please ask our staff and we will provide you with older towels to do so.

Please clean up dog waste on Inn grounds and in the surrounding woods. If you need a plastic bag for pick up and disposal, our staff will be more than happy to provide one.

Please leash your pet at all times as the Bartlett Inn is surrounded by National Forest and thus may have various other animals who may wander through the yard. There may also be other guests and their pets on the grounds.

If your pet has an encounter with a skunk do not allow the pet back into the cottage. If the cottage suffers skunk damage you will be responsible for all charges to replace mattress, bedding, carpeting, flooring and any other damage.

The minimum cleaning fee for dog urination in the room is $55. This is the bare minimum - you will also be charged for each day’s loss of sale if we cannot resell the cottage because of the damages until we are able to repair the damages. If the urine penetrates the carpet pad, our mattresses and/or the wood you will pay for all replacement costs and labor for these repairs.

The rate for any necessary repairs due to pet damage is the cost of material, the cost of travel and $40 per hour labor and/or the charge of the professional services required, this includes but is not limited to special cleaning by the inn keeper/housekeeper or professional services. You will also be charged the applicable room rate for loss of sale for each day we are not able to sell the room until the repairs can be made.

The Bartlett Inn would like to continue to offer a pet friendly place for family’s to vacation; We appreciate your cooperation and consideration for all guests so that we will be able to carry on this tradition!
