New Hampshire Fall Foliage Hotels
Innkeepers from the Bartlett Inn have enjoyed several drives around the local scenic byways of New Hampshire including Bear Notch Road, The Kankamagus Highway, US Route 302 through Crawford Notch and US Route 16 Through Pinkham Notch closing the loop around to through Randolph NH and back again.
We also enjoyed drives down West Side Road and US Route 113 to Madison and Eaton. Foliage is in starting to show lightly in upper altitudes and even at 1000 feet on teh Maple Trees. Teh other spots taht are starting to show are the lower marshy areas- they alwyas show the bright leaf color change first for New Hampshire Fall Foliage.
We expect a fantastic New England fall foliage with full bloom usually occurring just around Columbus Day. Peak New Hampshire Fall Foliage does not happen for just a day. Rather there is a rolling change of colors whose intensity continues to grow and then eventually starts to reduce..but slowly. So – guests at the Bartlett Inn can enjoy NH Fall Foliage from mid September through late October.
You will be amazed at all the reds making for dramatic scenic views! Come stay at the Bartlett Inn in the heart of the White Mountains and Innkeeper Nick will help you plan a perfect day out viewing New Hampshire Fall Foliage along trails if you want to hike or along roads if you want to relax or a mix of both. call 603 374 2353.
